Common Troubleshooting Tips

  • Remember to tap the “Click to Unmute” button or the “Muted Speaker” icon at the top of the video player. There is also a volume control meter on the bottom right corner of the video player. If you still do not have audio please check your device’s volume settings.

  • Our Livestreamed Masses are a direct reflection of what you would be hearing if you were sitting in the chapel with our worshipping community.

You may also hear the air purification fans running in the background. While they can be a little distracting, they allow us to create the safest atmosphere possible for our in-person guests.

If you find the audio is too soft, you may need to increase the audio on your device or adjust the volume control meter on the bottom right corner of the video player.

  • If your video freezes or you are not getting anything and we have a scheduled Mass or service in progress, try refreshing your browser to reestablish your connection to our live feed.

Help Support our Sunday Mass Ministry

Gifts to our Sunday Mass ministry support our ability to offer our weekly celebration of the Eucharist, especially during this time of pandemic where we’ve started to provide an online option for our worshipping community. Thank you for your support.
